      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Under add-on usage on my account page the following is listed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;5 GB&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;5GB one-time data bonus&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;5 GB left&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;2 GB&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2GB one-time data bonus&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;2 GB left&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;How do I get access to this bonus data, I am running out of data again this month and one would think it would automatically &amp;nbsp;tap into this bonus data but it doesn't. I just keep getting warnings and messages that I am out of data when I still have 7 GB waiting to be used. Help!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be working. I just got a text from public, saying I've used 100% of my data. And suddenly my mobile data stopped. When I got home; I logged into my account; and I still have 3 add-ons showing in my account with plenty of data left.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One 1GB add-on with none of it used&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One 1GB add-no with 612 MB left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One 2GB add-on with 1.24GB left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's also odd is that my data usage shows as 9.24GB remaining of 12GB. I'm sure this isn't correct. But, I should have the add-ons remaining.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So confused.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One thing for sure, &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23138"&gt;@DBGPublic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, is those SMS messages from Public Mobile regarding data percent use are pretty well useless.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Don't rely on them - ever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could be a couple of things:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Could you possibly have a data limit set on your device which prevents additional data from being consumed?&amp;nbsp; Remove the limit under your device's cellular/data settings.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When logged into self-serve, try tapping the little refresh icons to ensure you're viewing an updated version of the page.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Sometimes the self-serve site displays a cached version of the page and may be outdated.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the exact same problem.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have the bonus left over reset my data limit in fact turned it off.&amp;nbsp; Restarted my phone.&amp;nbsp; Etc.&amp;nbsp; I can see I have the bonus but recieved the same email and not letting me access it.&amp;nbsp; I really do hate public mobile.&amp;nbsp; It's cheap for a reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
