Could not submit ticket with 404 error

send privae message did not go anyhere

signed in community it just goes to questions and answeres .

ne hourr has passed can not communicate

with customer support even if I had done it before but it is not working

@NG5 if you already tried the chatbot and didn't work, just private message them directly

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

But one question, what is the issue you have now? maybe share here and hopefully we can help

HI @NG5 how long you sent the private message? It usually take maybe 2 hours for them to reply. Yes, it could be longer

Also, did you check your Community inbox? PM agent reply there

If you have submitted long enough, message them again
