      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public mobile should have this part on4g not slow 2g.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should stop needing to sign in again and again after initial sign in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should stop 404 ertor message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;stop wasting too much time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should be able to go to community easer than it is now and be able to contact customer suppoert faster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with slow system. it takes hours to just vontact support if even that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To contact support it takes less than a minute. But for agent to reply it will depend on how busy they are. But they DO reply...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
