But probably sooner!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's what happened to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll definitely see your new plan listed in your account if you login using your browser in incognito or private mode.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently signed up for the new $40 15gb at 4g plan to start with new cycle which started today. But when I checked it still has my old plan ($40 5gb at 3g) and has no mention of the new plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get this resolved? I have screenshots of my new plans start date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also clearing the cookies may help and/or logging in from another browser/private tab should work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey! I was told that it's possible the plan is active just not showing up on your account. If you ask the chat bot to check your data it should tell you how much data you have used out of your total data. Might take a month or so to show up on the plan page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
