Choose other from drop down menu and enter amount. You probably experienced an autopay failure which does happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There was a major system issue on Thursday and Friday that also affected customers who rely on autopay to pay for their services that caused autopay failures. Manually topping up your account before renewal prevents account service suspension from an autopay failure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
