      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/262136"&gt;@Packy666&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I checked&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; but it doesn't show any outage for Ontario.&amp;nbsp; However, Telus usually does not update that page very well for Mobile issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any friends using Telus or Koodo or Bell or Virgin or&amp;nbsp; Lucky?&amp;nbsp; They use the same network towers and they should have the same problem if it is a network issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And try to&amp;nbsp; reboot the phone first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still not work, then try to reseat the sim card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Better to try your sim in another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want, you can open ticket with PM CS agent, but they might not reply quickly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at :&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;First type Contact,&lt;BR /&gt;then select the only choice there: "Contact..",&lt;BR /&gt;from the list of , choose "Other"&lt;BR /&gt;finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket&lt;BR /&gt;Another page will open and just follow: .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
