      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I just bought a plan "appel illimités dans la province" and everytime i try to make a call it says its a long distance and i dont have the option, also i cant receive calls..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes this will happen for me as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When making what should be a long distance call in any other method (having to dial 1+ the number) it's recognized as you making an LD call, but if your plan is province-wide you can ignore that message. It's the carrier's way of putting you on notice that if you don't have a plan that covers LD (or in your case renders this as a local-type call) that you'd be responsible for the charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
