      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to Shell Gas or Walmart and get enuff payment vouchers to renew your plan...then dial 611 to add them to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure your sim isn't Suspended for longer than 89 days...at day 90, that account and sim are deactivated permanently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Was your card compromised? Did you do a charge back? Did you attempt payment more than 5 times resulting in a fraud lock that needs to be removed by customer support? Did you attempt two failed payments that require you wait out one full hour before trying again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
