      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account is supposed to always be set to be on “automatic payment” but sometimes that feature has been “cancelled/changed” and I have needed to get into my account to change it back to “automatic “. &amp;nbsp;Once I had to pay a penalty to public mobile of $100 - just to get my phone plan reinstalled!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;To avoid this happening again I go in and check my account to ensure that I am still on “automatic payment”. My payment is due Monday. And now the website is down. (What to do??)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you had any luck yet getting into your account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got on to website late last night. Attempted to do a sim card swap. Had trouble using my phone, would not save new sim card. Had success using laptop. Now all good plan renewed and able to call and text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
