      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you switch to 3G-only or UMTS or WCDMA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you mean voicemail is gone? Can you get in to voicemail? Can voicemails be left?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
