      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's not right,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/145206"&gt;@kmvmacdonald&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you log into self-serve, does it confirm your plan type?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If so, try rebooting your device and then go into your network connections to see if perhaps you may have 3G enabled as opposed to LTE/4G.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try resetting your network connections to see if your device picks up the LTE setting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
