    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to log out then back in to no avail. Message said I have to make payment before I change plans. So I did just find out when I try to change plans I have to make another payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account went into suspension mode only because I was unable to make payment due to site being down. I wanted to change plans but was not able to due to the suspension. I should not have to pay twice to be on the plan I want considering the website was not working. If this can't be fixed then I can no longer be a customer. I wanted the 4G 15GB 40/month plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
