    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I took advantage of the opportunity to upgrade my plan to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;$40 plan that includes 5GB at 4G speed after receiving a text from public mobile.&amp;nbsp; I logged into my account today to see if took place and at the top of the screen it says;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Your Account has been Suspended"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;To reactivate your current plan, you need to pay your outstanding balance. Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days of non-payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Deactivation Date:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Feb 02, 2023&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reactivate My Account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anyone assist, as I am registered for auto pay&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You might have hit up on a long-standing bug around here where changing up in plan cost fails. Make a manual payment of your plan cost and it should reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
