Can I use my credit card for someone else account?

Can I use my credit card to pay for someone else account? Does the name of the account must match the name on the credit card?

Under the credit card info for the other person, I was able to enter my credit card info, but I am unsure when the payment is taken that a name check will fail the payment.

@jboileau Yes, you can add your CC to someone else's account and the names for the card or account don't have to match. If pre-authorized payment was toggled on, then your CC will be debited on the next renewal day. PM bills every 30 days, not monthly.

The only thing to keep in mind is if you want to remove the CC from this account, currently you can only do that by contacting customer support.

edit: if you're activating a new account for someone, then you card will be billed today for the next 30 days of prepaid service.
