      <title>New plan didn't take effect?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my plan last week to take affect on my renewal date..(today) but when I logged in it is still showing my old low data plan and old discounts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With all issues PM was having since yesterday be lucky to have service at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To double check your account:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.
