Please wait a little longer. A week isn't long enough some of the time for mail to arrive across the country.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for Canada Post to deliver it...usually much less.

HI @davidsmi while some customers reported that the sim card took 3 weeks for delivery, many receive them in a week. So, let's hope you will get it today or Monday

My SIM card arrived in 7 days. If it takes longer than 10 days, I believe you can contact support about it.

wow play the lottery then, unless they are finally getting better with their delays on sims
