611 support down and website ? Need support

Havent been able to call 611 for a couple weeks...

It sends me a text to use the website login than sits there and silence.

Anyone else getting that...

And now with the website down I can't add more data or change my plan to one with more data ....

I'm supposed to work in 1.5 hours and needing to access stuff on data is a requirement ... Starting to panick a bit!

Any solutions ?

Nothing seems to be accessible on the PM website this morning...check the Community Forum later for updates.

Have you tried calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. Can you access the 611/IVR system that way to purchase add on data?

I haven't been able to call 611 for 2 weeks ... It just sends me a text and than either hangs up or continues a silence.

No pre recorded options like normal.

Just called that number two times on my phone and another on a family members phone who's completely with a different company ...

Nothing but silence when calling just like the 611 number.

I'm supposed to work in an hour and need data... I went through all mine and either need to add data or change my plan to higher data!

Definitely a little frustrated, but I guess nothing I can do 🤷🏽‍♀️

I just called 1-855 from land line and from my PM phone and it works!

Was able to hear next renewal date, balance, etc.

Let see how autopay will work tomorrow. SO SCARY! 😱

Try calling 1 647 778 XXXX and see if you can access 611 thru that number?

Ummmmm...no...I thought it was worth a shot. Can you call 611?

Edit:

OK that's weird....so I called it from the phone that can't call 611 like the OP and I got someone's personal number? How does that work? I best edit out that phone number...
