      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/261647"&gt;@Blastafart&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, My Account was down yesterday and it is&amp;nbsp; down again&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have your 4 digits PIN code handy, you can pay and reactivate by *611 if you have a credit card setup on the system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you don't have the code or no card is setup on the system, you will&amp;nbsp; either wait till My Account is up again or you can buy a voucher and load the voucher via *611. If you are going to voucher way, please buy it from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug as their vouchers can be used immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/261647"&gt;@Blastafart&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;what receipt?&amp;nbsp; you meant voucher?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;voucher will still work by loading via *611.&amp;nbsp; But where to buy is critical, vouchers from some stores need 24 hours to be usable.&amp;nbsp; But vouchers from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug can be used immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
