Want to get US Roaming but website down. Tried 611, gave you a bunch of money but I don't think Roaming was enacted. How can we fix?

Are you down in the USA now?

You can purchase Add-on through wifi at your hotel or airport so the 240 hour will start once you make the purchase.

Hopefully the website will be back online tomorrow.

when driving to US, I will stop at first wifi hotspot like Walmart and buy the roaming add-ons. Most cafes, bars and restaurants have free wifi now...you might just hafta ask for the password. Some towns with tourist information areas have free wifi too.

Yes you are correct.

My brother in Texas sent me a TextNow SIM card so I can get free calling and texting within the USA and Canada without wifi. Connects to T-Mobile network.

I don’t need to purchase PM US Roaming!
