      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/204753"&gt;@Raneesha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;the site has serious problem with cache, maybe you are still reading of cached mode?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login with&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Incognito mode&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;again and see if the usage is correct.&amp;nbsp; If it still shows 100% used, you might want to go to Usage page, download the usage in XLS format and sum up the data usage since Oct 25 and see if it is correct&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you use iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try going into settings-data and scroll down to see which app is taking the data usage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to turn off data usage for Youtube or Music or the app that is consuming your data secretly!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
