If so then the Sim card did not provision correctly upon activation. You need to contact customer support either by submitting a ticket via SIMon or by sending private message. Put Sim card did not provision upon activation in the subject line of a private message or choose the appropriate subject from the chatbot prompts. Explain in a detailed message the nature of your issue and expect a reply in the morning now that customer support is closed for the day (hours: 6am eastern to 10pm eastern.)       <description>&lt;P&gt;Just bought a second hand iphone 6 for my boy friend for work, and his sim card will not register. it says no service the phone was used by a public mobile user before us&amp;nbsp; help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have reset the network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have reset the phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also have tried to submit a ticket so i can get some customer support and it just brings me to the chat bot,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i just want the phone to work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.. i dont know what else to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Software updated and carrier profile updated via wifi or connecting to iTunes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the Sim card in your phone? To determine if it's a device issue or Sim card issue? Have you put your Sim card in the iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
