      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why was I billed for US Roaming in October?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I only ordered it for September&amp;nbsp; .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Not happy getting double billed!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, why is it so difficult speaking to a human?????&amp;nbsp; I have yet to get my questions answered.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/261360"&gt;@Mach2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; you ordered in Sept and they charged you again?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;US roaming is a one time purchase and not a recurring charge.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please login to My Account&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and check Payment History.&amp;nbsp; Check both Sept and Oct and see what if it shows PM charged you twice.&amp;nbsp; Post us screenshots if you don't understand the transactions&lt;/P&gt;</description>
