      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;My new SIM came today &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; I had used my vouchers on my previous SIM which I reported that it worked only for two days and stopped. I was told the service will be transferred to my new one. Question: How do I Activate now without the vouchers. Need some help please.</description>

There seem to be only two&amp;nbsp;options currently:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- create a new account with email address and phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- change sim card from an active account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does seem the moderators can activate a SIM without an account as I have seen them tell customers to create their account AFTER activating a sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
