      <description>I ordered my SIM card 5 days ago. I got a confirmation email that says to track my order on your site but no tracking number. I paid for purolator shipping and my address is NOT a PO BOX.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help!</description>

      <description>I would assume because I paid for purolator service there would be tracking.</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would be happy to look into this for you: could you send me your name, email address and order number by private message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is normal if you have yet to receive your SIM card as there was a long weekend, and delivery from Purolator is only done on business days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
