You can't call these numbers:

712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726

Be sure to add a 1 in front of the numbers you're dialing.

Log into your self serve account using secret/incognito mode and confirm the add on you purchased was the $15/1000 US min add on. If correctly purchased then try rebooting your phone first before dialing the US phone number. What is the area code you are dialing? There are a few excluded area codes that cannot be called.
