I'm wondering when top contributors got points from the community, are they getting the points every month or just one time?

@Linh1 It’s a month to month thing.. no guarantees.. the more you contribute the better chance of some reward.

Community members can earn up to $15/15pts (only oracles get $20) per calendar month. It appears in your rewards account generally between the 5th and 7th of the month. For $$ rewards members it is applied to your available funds upon renewal. For points members it is available for redemption once applied to your points total in your point rewards account.

Each calendar month your contributions are compared to and calculated based on the contributions of all other members so your reward can change each month or you may or may not earn a reward each month. Only oracles are guaranteed their community reward each month while performing duties as an "active" oracles vs "retired" oracles who retain their privileges but not their monthly reward.

Does anyone know if top 50% are calculated from the pool of active contributors, or anyone with an account? I'm guessing the former, hoping the latter 😁

There's a minimum contribution level required that varies each month based on my guess the top 50% compared with the other 50% of rewardees or it could be the other way around? It's not based on the entire membership or the entire amount of contributors in any given month. Most months average around 100 to 110 community members recieving rewards in recent history.
