topic voicemail problem in Get Support

when someone calls my number and i don't answer, the call does not get forwarded to my voice mail.

the caller receives "welcome to the voice mail system " recording.

it has been like this for at least 3 days.

Check voicemail number in your phone. If it worked before AND you did not change anything I would contact agent for an explanation.

To set up your voicemail:

1. Hold down the 1 key on your phone keypad. This will dial your voicemail access number.

2. Follow the prompts to set up your password, and record your name and personal greeting.
