Hi I got a text msg saying I can add 15gb of data for 40$ /month. I'm just wondering if this is 40$ plus my monthly fee or my bill will be 40$ / month

@pafelata It's a $40 plan for 30 days, not $40 extra.

The offer is $40/15gb plan.

Edit:

You can log in to your account and go to the plans page to view the offer. Click change plan, 4"G" plans and then use the arrows to scroll past the $40/5gb plan to the limited time offer $40/15gb plan. You can schedule a change plan on next renewal if you want to take them up on their offer.

This is valid offer (not a scam). This is new plan you can see ONLY when you go and try to change your plan. Try and you will see it.

You can either upgrade to 15GB replying YES or through web site (your account).

log in to your account / Plan and Add-0ns/ Change Plan...look to the right and click 4G plans...scroll down to the $40 with 15GB data.

Make sure to select Change at next renewal unless you want it now and are willing to sacrifice whatever balance is left in current plan...there's no credit or pro-rated costs for you current plan.

Not what I see BUT I checked the details. One BIG difference. Old plans you can travel across Canada and make a receive calls. The 4g promo ONLY allows you to call from your province to other provinces. You need to pay for an add on to call when you are travelling in other provinces under the NEW 4g plans

@MichaelGamliel1- Where are you seeing this idea? All plans are Canada-wide calling from wherever in Canada to wherever in Canada.

Neg...all current plans have Canada wide calling included. Long as the call originates in Canada you can call most any Canadian numbers.

I was about to choose the 15 plan and i pressed fine print arrow. Look down. It says it clearly

And you believe everything you read on Internet???

This is most likely left over from a year or so when PM did change Canada wide to Province wide but reversed after a month or two back. I clearly remember I signed up with Province wide but as soon as they reversed to Canada wide I changed plan to Canada wide.

Since I never received any note fro PM that my plan is 'province-wide' only I assume it is still Canada wide. If not, PM will be in deep trouble due to massive number of complains or some legal action against it.

Says what clearly? All plans are Canada-wide. Any mention of province is irrelevant. The one sentence that could possibly be interpreted as such seems to be under the province clause. So, irrelevant.
