      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/261155"&gt;@Anja1512__&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;autopay fails sometimes,&amp;nbsp; either a credit card problem but more likely a PM problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just login My Account,&amp;nbsp; click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps to make a manual payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once payment is made successfully,&amp;nbsp; logoff My Account and reboot the phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Deactivated and suspended are two different things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deactivate means account cancelled, number lost, kaput.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suspended means you did not pay the bill or autopay failed. Easy (sort of) to redeem. Pay the bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
