how to cancel the upgrade?

I got message today said that I can upgrade my plan for 15GB 4G SPEED for 40 dollars per month. I accidently sent 'yes' by mistake, how can I cancel the upgrade keep my present plan?

Log into self service. Choose Plan & Add-Ons. Then you are able to cancel the renewal.

@wendyliang hi just go into your self serve and go to plans in there you can cancel any upcoming plan change

Log into your self serve account. Go to the plans and add ons page and cancel the scheduled change plan on next renewal.

Thank you for answering my question.

My account plan and adds on only shows current plan and history. I click on chang plan, but could find any upcoming plan change.

same thing on my cell.That is why I accidently sent yes, now I went to my account plan adds, couldnt find upcoming plan change, donot know how to cancel the upcoming upgrade.

When there's no plan change shown in your account, such a request hasn'y been processed.
