My son damaged his SIM card is there a way to get his number to a new one?

If damaged beyond repair, get a new sim...then log in to his account to Change Sim number....

@Leanne69 hi go to your nearest koodo or telus store to get one,call ahead to make sure they have some ,then go into your self serve account to profile and change sim number that's about it

Buy a new sim, log into his account then click, Profile, edit account info and you should see where it says New Sim Card Number. Enter the new card number there save and it should start working instantly. Same number!
