@Kin1 hi it is supposed to be permanent but not sure how long it will be offered so don't wait to long if you want it

@Kin1 Nobody knows, it could last several weeks or be removed any day. Log into your account, select Plans/Add-ons and schedule Change at Next Renewal if interested. Make sure to select the correct $40 plan as there are two with the same price.

edit: yes the data allotment will be available as long as you keep the plan.
