I just updated my plan, BUT.. i had a couple of friend referals and they did not pass on the savings to my new plan.
any reason why?

@70Irish Rewards don't get applied if you changed your plan now instead of scheduling for next renewal. They'll be available for next renewal though.

edit: unless you're on the new points system, in which case you need to accumulate 15 points and then redeem them to use against your payment.

Did you pick change now? If you did then you don't get your rewards until your next renewal. You would have needed to schedule a change plan on next renewal to get your rewards for your previous 30 day cycle.
