Hi there,

I ran out of data this month and in my attempt to buy myself more, I think I accidentally added 200 mb to my account every month! I just wanted to top up for this month, not every month to come.

Help! Any ideas how to fix?

Thanks in advance 🙂

just wanted to clarify, you only want the 200 mb for this month only until it is done right?

And if you did, I am sure there is an option to shut it down as well.

I realized, actually, just today I never cancelled my MLB subsription, and I guess MLB continues to charge for services not rendered. A little differnt, sure. My point, though, you should see an option to cancel.

That said, looking at the add-on packaging, I am pretty sure you can't automatically have add-on added every month automatically. I can't see where that's a provision.
