      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone has not been letting me make phone calls, it says my minutes are up, yet I have unlimtied calling on my plan. My plan is active and everything is in order. I also cannot send text messages. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter Peters&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you just renew your plan? Did you change plans? Did you activate before January 25th if this year or after?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
