      <description>&lt;P&gt;More of complaint than&amp;nbsp; a question.&amp;nbsp; Since the new redesign of the Public Mobile My Account section, I have found it very hard to pay by voucher.&amp;nbsp; This option seems to be buried or non-existent in preference to registered credit card payment.&amp;nbsp; Why is this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/131890"&gt;@bb6640&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe they PM want you to add voucher through calling 611 from your mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's way easier to do that way, anyways.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you'll need to know your pin number though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There has been a nudge to get customers to use credit card.&amp;nbsp; I think the reason is those on auto payment have a better chance of being a long term customer and less likely to have account go into suspension.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is just 2 (3) clicks to get to voucher payment:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Payments&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Add funds to my account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Add funds with voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logical place for vouchers to and how more simple would you like it to be?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp; The link works and I ended up paying by phone anyway.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I found the voucher option, but for&amp;nbsp; some reason it wasn't showing up on my mobile phone ( found it via desktop)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are suspended it will automatically reactivate your plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
