Also click on the spinner icon to update information in self service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/221525"&gt;@anniezhang512&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;just a site cache issue, everyone is complaining&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clear cache and relaunch browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or use Private mode/Incognito mode to login&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or use a new browser to login&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With one of the 3 ways above, you will see the correct usage&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/221525"&gt;@anniezhang512&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you called your voicemail or check for messages, that uses up your minutes on the $15 plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes there's a glitch and your usages don't get reset after your renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
