I tried to a get a 15 gig plan for $40 at 4g that was posted on the weekend. I thought i had received it but it isn't showing up

You should of planned for your plan change to happen on your renewal date and not right away.

Try logging in to your account using a different browser in incognito mode or private mode and do a refresh of the web page too. And see if it shows up then.

Do you know if the 15gig promo 40 4g is limited. I saw some that said 12 months for 12 gig additional. Does this keep ? Or do we keep it or lose after a year? I said a little 7 on the right but the fine print only says 6

The 15GB in the $40 plan is permanent.
