      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you create an account at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How did you activate SIM and signed up with PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If account is created properly, there is no waiting period to access it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of the options is to try to change password if you know exact email you have used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After changing password wait 15-20 before trying to log in again. Do not change pass too many times. If after first change still cannot log in, contact agent to reset your access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
