if you are talking about the $5 for 5 months rewards, you will get it on the first week for Nov

Your friend will also get a $10 referral credit, will be in his My Account within 72 hours

You will get either 1 Public point or $1, you will see it in your My Rewards site within couple days

Please remove your name and phone number from public forum.

Rewards will appear on accounts after 3 days.

If referral code is not properly applied contact agent to add it manually.
