If you are porting a number over from Koodo….leave Koodo sim in phone and wait for the confirmation text from Koodo to release your number.

are you poring TO Koodo or porting into PM FROM Koodo?

You should receive authorization SMS within 90 minutes from submitting port request.

Something did not work as expected.

Both accounts have to be active in order porting to work.
