Once payment is made, logoff from My Account and reboot the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="E2-Suspended-Reactivate_Watermarked.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/70755iBF8E181A384AF510/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="E2-Suspended-Reactivate_Watermarked.jpg" alt="E2-Suspended-Reactivate_Watermarked.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/260680"&gt;@Barry42&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Occasionally autopay does fail.&amp;nbsp; If you see the Reactive option in your account try clicking it to push the payment or add the payment due by selecting Payments from the left side of the page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to clear cache/cookies and use incognito/private mode before logging into the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I manfully paid by inputting a different credit card when I got the notice, service was reinstated almost immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
