Hi,

I ordered a sim card online however I went in-store to purchase a sim card so I wouldn't have to wait. How can I cancel the online order?

@Uberawr You won't be able to get a refund for the SIM. Keep it as a spare for future referrals for family/friend or to replace your SIM should something happen to it (lost/damaged).

@Uberawr Sorry, the site mentions clearly that sim card purchases are non-refundable 😞

Keep an extra one and give it to a friend. Refer them an you can earn 1 Point (=$1) per cycle as well

You could try to persuade agent to provide credit IF SIM is not shipped off, but do not hold your breath.

When you receive SIM, keep it as spare or you can sell/gift it away.

Always nice to have a back up in case anything happens, you can also give it away to anyone if you like with the caveat to use your referral code (even Kijiji may work for this) and then if they stay on you will pay it off in no time.
