      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched my plan from $55-20 gb to $40-15 gb but selected&amp;nbsp; switched now instead of renewal date which is Nov 26.I just paid my bill on Oct 25 could get it switched to the end of my bill cycle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/108560"&gt;@ouditlall&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; you should have clicked Change on the next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With you click Change Plan now, PM charged the new plan amount immediately and started a new plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I doubt they will do much as PM is prepaid service.&amp;nbsp; But you can try to open ticket with PM and discuss with them, hope they will understand and help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
