      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/260596"&gt;@yuchunwang&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Can you buy a voucher, as already advised, from one of the retailers?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shoppers Drugmart, 7/11, London Drugs or Shell sell vouchers that can be added to the account by dialing 611 on your phone.&amp;nbsp; There's also recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you have more time to reset your password for account access.&amp;nbsp; Did you get the password reset email?&amp;nbsp; I think there's a limited time to reset after receiving the email.&amp;nbsp; You can request another if you missed the first or had problems resetting the password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/260596"&gt;@yuchunwang&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just tested the reset password on my a/c using Chrome browser on my phone as my laptop is mot with me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I selected to use SMS to received a code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received PM reset password code within 30 seconds.&amp;nbsp; I stop without go through actually going through to change my password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which stage of password change you had issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can help you now or you can wait until tomorrow morning to get help from CS Agent by creating a support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
