      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then the chosen solution is wrong. Yes you can activate a new account and get that promo. Your original wording was confusing. No, existing accounts can not get that promo. (adding - that's where the chosen solution is wrong)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But maybe you haven't seen the new plan promo of 15gb for $40. But you can't use the 12gb promo on top of that when activating as a new customer. And it can't be used after the fact as an existing customer then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
