I bought the plan of 300 international long distance minutes for calling to country of Iran, but I cannot! I payed $15

@RezaNB Unfortunately it isn’t possible to call Iran using PM .. even with an addon… Iran isn’t included in the available countries

@RezaNB The 300 international long distance minutes package doesn't include Iran. You can try to contact CS_Agent for refund:

thank you for your response. although the information which you mentioned is available on the website, in the page where introduce the plans doesn't mention! only says international long distance, it's good to add a link or refer customer to another page for more and detail information.

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.
