Purchasing a CPO from Public mobile uses a separate system than My account page. Just follow prompts from the phone website and then purchase phone and enter your demographics, etc.

Unfortuantely, there were no devies that offered a $130 discount during the recent promotion. Also,the $30 credit promotion is over. There is no account login needed to purchase a phone. The account login that is being asked for a seperate/different than your Self Serve account. You could choose to checkout as a guess and not bother making a shopping account.
