      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33914"&gt;@Lolivero&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The add-on system is programmed to deduct from the "Available funds" you have topped up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if there were no funds in your account, then you are directed to top up first. Once topped up, you should go to the buy add-ons page and complete the transaction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If my suggestion is not helpful, the only way forward is to send a private message to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Provide them with your phone number and tell them which add-on you want.&amp;nbsp; One of the mods will be able to help you with this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33914"&gt;@Lolivero&lt;/a&gt;, this seems to be an ongoing issue for the last couple of days and it seems the only fix is to message at Mod as &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4837"&gt;@imm1304&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; has suggested and they can add the addon to your account.(As long as you have the amount required for the addon in available funds)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I followed the steps as outlined by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4837"&gt;@imm1304&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;in this post, and am still experiencing the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/Attempting-to-purchase-data-add-on-not-working/m-p/193542" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/Attempting-to-purchase-data-add-on-not-working/m-p/193542&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also PM'd the moderators but have yet to hear a response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
