Unable to merge calls - Samsung S20 (Android 12)

Having issues merging calls/3way calls.

Samsung S20, Android 12 latest update.

Anyone have a fix for this?

Is that a phone's feature as I am not aware PM offers that?

try resetting the network settings and restarting the device. check the s20 forums to see if anybody else is having issues. was it working before? what are the steps you're using to initiate the 3 way call? when i use 3 way Im the one who calls both parties and then press merge on the device

@worksitedepot what steps you did for 3 Way calling?

this is the way to do

From a Home screen, tap the Phone icon
Enter a 10-digit number then tap the Dial icon
or
From the Contacts tab (lower-right), select a contact then tap the Call icon
Once the call is connected, tap + Add call.
Now, enter a 10-digit number then tap the Dial icon.
or
From the Contacts tab (lower-right), select a contact then tap the Call icon.
Once the call is connected, tap Merge (to the right of the first call).
